Professional "bent" is related to community outreach and involvement strategies, Healthy Eating and Active Living (H.E.A.L), City Design, and community resilience. I have been a presenter at four American Public Health Association Annual Conferences and two American Planning Association Annual Conferences. Each of my presentations have been related to community engagement and incorporating policies related to H.E.A.L. in the General (Comprehensive) Plan.

Have served as a City Manager, Community Development Director, and City Planner. Part-time lecturer at Calif. State Univ. Fresno. I have taught Environmental Planning, U.S. Environmental Law, and Urban Geography Married to Pat for 38 years. Have two grown kids. Enjoy BBQ, Classic cars, Hiking, Photography. |
